For Rooms Booking
** Reservation and Cancellation Policies **
** Children : **
- One children below 5 years can stay for free if sharing a bed with parents.
** Pets **
- Pets are not allowed.
** Tariff and Facilities : **
- Tariff rates can be revised as needed.
- If the air-conditioner fails, the tariff is adjusted to a non-A.C. room rate plus extra cost , and Rs.500 will be refunded.
- No refunds for intercom and cable TV failures.
** Payments and Deposits : **
- Full payment, including for extra guests and taxes, must be made before check-in.
- Online reservations require a booking receipt, photo ID, and proof of booking at check-in.
- A refundable deposit of Rs.500 per room is required, which will be refunded upon departure after settling all bills.
** Amendments and Cancellations : **
- No amendments allowed within 0-3 days of arrival. Different charges apply for changes made earlier.
- Reserved accommodations must be occupied on the first day or by check-in time the next day; otherwise, the full amount is forfeited.
- No refunds for shortened or unoccupied periods.
- Cancellation charges:
- Within 0-5 days: 100% of the booking amount.
- Within 6-10 days: 25% of the booking amount.
- More than 11 days: 10% of the booking amount.
- Refund methods vary based on payment mode.
** Miscellaneous : **
- Cooking is not allowed in rooms or premises.
- No refunds for electrical failures due to partial generator operation during load shedding.
** GST Rates : **
- Room tariff 0 - 7499 per day: 12%
- Room tariff 7500 and above per day: 28%
- Restaurant services have a GST of 5%, with VAT on alcoholic beverages.
** Booking Cancellation : **
- Aviraj Nivas may cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances and provide a full refund.
